Help with booking system?

Hi there

 

i have problem with the booking system , the page appears fine for domain admins but as soon as i browse to it with a member of staff i do not get any of the rooms on the left and only the top period bar appears, the calender seems to work ok too. has anyone got any suggestions how i can fix this.

Can you post the section of your HAP+ config please

change the showto on all the resources to showto="all"
