Hi All,

 

Hope you can help im probably doing somthing stupid...

 

have installed HAP v 7.10 and can access the setup / logon page.

 

I had a problem during setup. Point 21 from the documentation "add the permission" IIS AppPool\HAP

 

as this doesn't seem to exist is used IISUSER and set the permission to read / write.

 

I have also got a red cross on services and get an error while trying to save the Homepage items "service.servicemodel.serviceactivationexception"

 

any help as always would be great.

It needs to be the HAP Application Pool User:

 

icacls C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Hap /grant "IIS AppPool\HAP":(RX)
