ICT Technology Support Specialist required for company providing IT & Network support to Schools in London and Home Counties based from a Waltham forest office. Previous Schools experience is essential. Responsibilities include providing 1st-3rd line support, helpdesk, on site, project management (Prince2), installations, provide sufficient support to customers through the handing over process after installations etc. You will have knowledge of educational software, devices and their use in the classroom. Technical skills include DNS, DHCP, Server 2008, VMware, SIMS, CC3, CC4, VLE and Network configuration. Enhanced CRB is essential for this role as is a clean driver’s license and a car. Start ASAP. £26000-£35000 per annum.
