Web Folders list view not folders

there not broken BUT.....

 

We use IIS here to give staff access to there files from home using web folders through a staff portal. This works well. However, when a staff member logs in they see their files in a list view, with date modified ect not actual folders.

 

Now this is not all staff, only some. With leads me to believe it is a computer setting or update. I have tried to update my web folders at home with no avail and change my interent securtiy setting and also my cookies ect so no avail!

 

This is also the case when accessing them within the school, when in this view it also does not map the network drive to upload back?

 

Any ideas?

This is the issue with using WEBDAV (Web Folders) it doesn't work that well, which is why I created Home Access Plus&#43

Thanks for that I have had a look at your product before but as I this works well when it works (which is your point i know) might be a summer project to move over!
