OWA through TMG - Password Expired

We have just replaced our ISA box with a Forefront Threat management gateway box, and have rebuilt all our rules. However, whenever I (it appears not to be doing this for everyone, but I know of about half a dozen who are affected) try to log onto OWA externally I get the mesage that my password has expired, and needs to be changed. I change it, and can access my mail. However, if I log out, and attempt to log back in an hour later, I again get told my password has expired. If I do not change it, I can log on at school successfully, and can access OWA internally without issue. We have a 90 day password life policy. Setting my password never to expire does resolve the issue, but I don't want to do this for staff.

 

I've checked the time on the TMG box, which is acting as an edge transport server, and on the Exchange box, and they are the same.
