JOB PURPOSE:

The post holder will be responsible to the Vice Principal and will manage the delivery of the College’s IT services and for managing the IT Support team. This will include; execution of the colleges IT Strategic Plan; managing the IT budget; maintaining the network; ensuring end user support; managing SLAs and monitoring team and individual performance against targets, developing and implementing IT policies and standard operating procedures and ensuring that IT services make a positive contribution to the college.
