What it's like being IT support for NASA, Harvard biotech, and a few other cool sciencey places. Sounds like all the guys involved really enjoy what they're doing because they can see how it contributes... I guess they're just the extreme end of the wedge that we're on. Moral IT Support? Philanthropic IT Support? Gotta be a good phrase for what we do so it's clearly delineated (and better) than corporate IT support, anyway!
