Does anyone have a copy of a recent (Single Status issue) job description for a Grade 4 IT Operations Manager (or the equivilient job title in your school) you could send my way?

 

I don't have access to the HR Portal, and I'd prefer not to ask for one from the office staff in case any gossiping starts!
