Converting a PSD into an EPS

Rather than requesting someone do this for me, does anyone have a good tutorial / set of instructions etc. for converting a logo I've created in Photoshop into an EPS?

 

Does it have to be recreated from scratch in Illustrator (which I've got), or is there a way to convert it?

 

I've looked online, but not really found a good solution so far...

I did use several paths, but didn't keep them as separate ones, so when I started a new one, it replaced the previous one...

 

Sounds like Illustrator's the way to go... just need to get my head round it :-s lol

If you want something a bit easier than Illustrator, Vector Magic might be worth a try. I've used it in the past with good results.

Thanks, I'll check it out... I'd really like to get into Illustrator more, but never seem to find the time...
