Little Joomla Advice Please - Modal Popup

I was wondering if anyone knows of a extension for joomla that would popup on the home page of our site and (annoyingly) ask people to do a survey (not my idea)

 

like b&q site does and O so many others

what version of joomla are you using? if it's 1.5 take a look at R3D Floater - Joomla! Extensions Directory can be configured to take a little annoyingness out of it

I strongly pointed this out (same with them wanting me to disable right click, thats magically bin turned off now ) and i was told to do it anyway
