How do I quickly remount all disks in server2008R2

ie - the equivalent of 'mount -o remount -a'

There is a button in the top toolbar of the disk managment snapin to rescan disks

 

if you want a command line you can use

 

Diskpart

rescan

 

 

you can also select each of the disks in diskpart and use offline / online which should remount them.
