Resource Hacker question

Not sure if this is the right forum, but can anyone tell me if resource hacker can remove the window controls in wordpad, ideally i'd like to get rid of the close / minimise / maximise button.

I've removed the close dialogue from the file menu with no issues.

Or does anyone know of any wordpad alternatives that offer similar capabilities with customisation?
