ASP Timeout

Could anybody assist with the attached error?

 

There is no pattern, it just keeps happening to users! All the process is - They are filling out a form with some text and list box questions and trying to save the changes!

 

My personal opinion is the software is probably very poorly written and not tested well but any ideas would be appreciated!
