Does anyone know how to convert IMS Content 1.1 to SCORM 1.2 or a tool that does?

Can anyone help me. This is urgent. I'm looking for a way to convert IMS 1.1 Qti packages into SCORM 1.2. I have googled and all I could find were to tools to convert SCORM to IMS Content.
