Sleep settings

Just looking through the new power options for 7 and a bit uncertain of how Windows defines these settings...

 

• Specify System Sleep Timeout
  
• Specify the Unattended Sleep Timeout
  

 

How does it define Unattended? Is it just a case of no input within a certain time? In which case how does it then define System Sleep as surely that would have to be after a period of inactivity as well?

The only logical explanation could be logged in System Sleep and not logged in (Unattended) System Sleep, but I agree, the settings should be the same.
