Hi All

I am busy testing Office 2010 in a Server 2008 R2/Windows 7 test environment. I have performed a custom install of Office 2010 on the client. I set Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Publisher and Word to run from computer. When logged in as a student all the applications work fine except for Access. Access opens up fine, but when trying to create a new database we recieve the following error:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer."

I have a GPO applied to the student users OU with access restricted to the C drive for obvious reasons. Does Access 2010 require write access to the C drive for any purpose or could this be an error when installing Office? Access runs without any problems as a local PC user or domain admin.

Has anyone else came across this problem?

Kind Regards
