Adding an editable spreadsheet into e-mail

Hi.

 

I'm trying to send an Excel spreadsheet via Outlook 2010, but I need the spreadsheet to be editable inside the body of the e-mail and for the formulas to work as they would normally do inside Excel. For some reason the forumlas don't seem to be updating.

 

I'm sure this can be achieved but my brain is a little fuzzy this morning (I'm a Manchester City fan...) so any help would be great.

You should be able to embed a worksheet into an email and be able to change the values (recipient will have to have excel installed on their computer)
