I have recently been appointed network manager at St Bede's and I am looking for a technician to join the team. This is an exciting and challenging role.

 

This summer alone we are launching a brand new network, and introducing other exciting technologies into the school. Our new infrastructure will be fast, efficient and up-to-date - hopefully like our new technician!

 

The post is full time (means you work through the holidays) This summer and next are going to be busy ones - but it will be very rewarding.

 

A new ICT Support office, dedicated repair area and server room are all being built this summer, if not before.

About The Role

The Governors are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented person in this popular 9-13 Middle School. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good level of knowledge and expertise in ICT, will be a good team worker and willing to learn, and will enjoy working in a school environment. They will work under the direction of the Network Manager to provide a range of general technical support for the school’s ICT systems. They will be supportive of the school’s Catholic ethos.
