Hiding setup.aspx page

Just wondering if the best way to hide the setup.aspx page is to delete the file? Currently it is possible to view settings when going to .../hap/setup.aspx

When you save the config, the setup page will tell you how to lock it down so only domain admins have access to it

When I put in the text that the setup page shows, no one can log in after that. I did a direct cut and paste, everyone gets locked out of the whole system. When I restore to the original version (not locked down) it allows log ins again.

Problem solved, I needed to clear my cache. Every time I was trying to log in it was appending ?ReturnUrl=%2fhap%2fsetup.aspx to the url and dumping me back at the log inn screen. I was logged in, it just looked like I wasn't because the log in page came back instead of an error page.
