mrbs maximum advance booking time not being enforced

We are using mrbs - however the maximum advance booking time is not working i.e not being enforced

 

The system is running on ubuntu 10.4.4 LTS

 

Auth method is ldap (active directory)

 

mrbs version 1.4.8

 

the config file is
