CyberNerd Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 no thats how i read it too and in the GUI it says 53mb free. so i'm a bit confused as to what is using it all don't worry, it's most likely using the memory to cache blocks from the HDD's. worry if it's swapping too much.
AndyCan Posted April 19, 2012 Author Posted April 19, 2012 worth giving it a reboot you think or just leave it?
CyberNerd Posted April 19, 2012 Posted April 19, 2012 it looks fine to me. If you reboot you will clear the memory, but it will build up eventually. It's not a problem - Linux is designed to be efficient with memory.
