cant add new user to AD.

I am using windows server 2008 and whenever i tried to add new users i get error code e0x800708c5, i stopped and restarted AD but it did not solved the problem, any help will be deeply appreciated.

I've only ever seen that error when the supplied password doesn't meet complexity requirements.

 

Are you using a sufficiently strong password?

i just rechecked the strength of the password, you are correct, the password was not strong enough, tnxs a million
