GrumbleDook Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Hi Kevin Do you mean how the school filtering works to split between different roles in the school (e.g. admin or office staff / teachers / techies / students (including by different year groups)? Are you in a Derby City school or Derbyshire? Are you on or off EMBC?

HarryMonkey Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Within our Intranet website on IIS, we have three folders, one is for the students, one is staffroom and one is netmanweb. Each with their own home page, each group ... staff, students, techs have a different homepage set by GPO. The students can only see pages within their own folder, the staff can see the staffroom folder (as well as students pages if they want) and we have our own homepage which only we can see. The permissions are set on the folders in IIS.
kevin_lane Posted April 2, 2012 Author Posted April 2, 2012 thanks FN-GM has anyone tried this with ISA ?
