I am looking for work during Easter Holiday. If you need help during this time please let me know. 10 years experience as IT Technician/Manager in school (I am in employment). MCP/CCNP/RM certified technican. Need some extra cash. If you need additional pair of hands please give me a shout.

I am in Birmingham. But can travel 30 to 40 miles.

But maybe it could be an idea for the future - term-time only techs looking for some extra holiday work could post on here with location and distance prepared to travel and schools who could do with some extra hands for a holiday project could take them on

We used to use sixth formers for that, gives them something for the CV and all that.

 

I do like the idea though, in fact, it would be useful to advertise the skillset available, so somebody could actually go and offer to set up a network, image some pcs, webpage, assessment . . . Even a straight skill swap where two or more people team up to tackle a task together at eachothers schools.
