Our timetable planners/setters are complaining that whenever they print Scheduler 'freezes' The only way out is to give the laptop the three finger salute and end the Schedule task.

My questions:

Are they correct? [does anyone else see the same problem?]

Has anyone else solved it?

If you have solved it what steps did you take to rectify it?

Laptop O/S: Windows 7 Pro: 64 Bit: SP 1

Scheduler version: 11.3: Build 30: Released January 2012.

Many thanks.
