If you are using Ghost 7.5 or later and have a PXE bootable NIC's in your workstations, I would install RIS.

RIS adds an option to the Ghost boot disk wizard which will enable you create a RIS menu item to boot the Ghost client from the network.

You can use the generic PXE driver to create the RIS boot image in most cases or create a RIS boot image using custom drivers as you would for a floppy or CD boot image.

Although this sounds like a lot of work, it is quite simple to set up and when its working you will wonder how you ever managed before.

I agree with what djm968 said about using Ghost with RIS I use this set up as standard now and it has saved me no end of hassle with boot disks.
