A bizarre one, this.

Same software

Same install method as always.

Same laptop as others that work

The user cannot access the grids and backgrounds although all else seems to be working. Administrator can access them

Have allowed everyone access to everything both on the folder in program files and the shared repository under users/documents/public.

Have uninstalled the lot, deleted registry entries, deleted any mention on the machine and reinstalled

Same issue

Any ideas anyone??

Try the settings within active primary as i have stumbled across this problem, make sure all resources(and the like) tab is highlighted and this should sort out your problem. i found that when logged on as an administrator all is fine! as a user it defaults to not sharing the resource folder. I bet you have tried this already !!!
