End Program -cmd.exe before log off??

Hi everyone,

 

This only happens on staff and pupil accounts (not when logged on as administrator). When you click log off a pop up comes up with the "End Program - C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe" and you can't log off from the machine before clicking end now. Any ideas what it could be??

Do you have any scripts running at log on? Is it possible that one of those is waiting for a response, and hence not closing?
