we have just had a nice shiny new exchange server installed and we are just ironing out a few small problems.

One of them being we have a user with her primary mail account set up in outlook 2010, she also has permissions and send as rights to another account. When she sends an email from her send as account it appears in her sent items of the primary account. Is it possible for the email to go straight into the send as accounts sent items folder?

I hope that makes sense.

yes I've look at the rules, I can't see any where to move a email from the sent items folder to another folder. Do you know which rule criteria i could use?

Go into the sent Items folder, run the rules wizard under step 1 tickthe from under step 2 you can click the name to make sure you have the right from account in there. Click next, step 1 tick the move to , step 2 click the folder name which will bring up the folder list. Make sure you have the right sent items folder. That should do it.

Yes I tried tried that and it doesn't let me choose any folder within the additional mailbox @sukh I'll take a look at that
