Tough Headphones - any recommendations?

I'm fed up of free headphones from tesco that have 5m cables and fall apart if dropped, and it'd time to replace the headphones again. I thought the cable problem could be solved by it being like a phone handset and coiled up.

 

Can anyone recommend any tough headphones for a primary school?

Tough, or tough and cheap? You can get these without the microphone (and much cheaper than here), and not only are they tough, but all the bits are available as spares. The vulnerable bit is the cover on the soft pad around the ear, but only a moment to change them.

As Andrew_C says it really depends if you want tough or tough and cheap, We've found a couple of ranges that are tougher than your average but still cost effective enough not to frighten your bursar! I'll drop you over a line with some further details. A big issue is cable length as too short and its impractical, too long and kids will be playing F1 on chairs before it pulls them back!

I use Computer Gear ones - They have a microphone built in and dirt cheap and fairly robust.
