HAP+ 7.10

Is there any sort of upgrade path or recommended routine for this? Do i just replace the changed files or do i replace the lot and then restore my edited config files? Anyone upgraded before?

Hey W32 - there is a specific file for upgrading from previous v7 versions of HAP and it makes things quite simple.

 

Just backup your existing install and copy the new files from the "HAP+ Web v7 Upgrade" over the top. This will retain all of your config

 

You can get that upgrade file from codeplex under the "Other Available Downloads" section on https://hap.codeplex.com/releases/view/84014

 

(Just make sure to make a copy of the folder first incase anything goes wrong!)

Thanks Matt, I did as you said and the only files i had to get from my backup were Default.aspx and basestyle.css..
