Inpage Urdu Error

Hi,

 

We are trying to setup Inpage Urdu. It is a network version and works fine for staff. For students we get the error "There was an error executing a required program. This program may be corrupt.

 

Has anyone seen this issue before please? I suspect its a group policy causing this.
