mavhc Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Don't know, but there's the Kindle Cloud Reader now, so if you're online you probably don't need it. http://read.amazon.com 1
bossman Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 @mavhc: It looks like Microsoft have been given the cold shoulder regarding their web browser hehe! Has anyone tried it with IE9 yet? Just to see if it does in fact work with IE?
lordasb Posted March 1, 2012 Author Posted March 1, 2012 and my version of firefox is too old ( mine is version 5)
lordasb Posted March 1, 2012 Author Posted March 1, 2012 just updated the firefox and now its moaning about adobe flash player 9 "where is the debugger or host application running" local host or other machine. not even logged into the site yet...
enjay Posted March 2, 2012 Posted March 2, 2012 As above, I would encourage they use Cloud Reader instead (or, possibly, buy something other than Kindle, as I think they might be more flexible, e.g. lending books onto eReaders, but I'm venturing into a different thread now...)
