mdrabble Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 The school I work at is closing August 2012 and have offered training (although I doubt they will pay!) I am looking to get certified on Mac 10.7 and possibly doing Lion 101 and Lion 201. Does anyone know if there are training DVD's out there (similar to CBT Nuggets) or would I be better attending a bootcamp? Many Thanks

kindy198636 Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 We just finished Lion 101 training, the training is good, but if you are doing helpdesk for many years, I think it's better to learn yourself, you can learn from the book
captaincharisma Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 I have just finished two 10.6 courses, I thought they were good but you can learn yourself If you buy the right resources.
pinemarten Posted March 6, 2012 Posted March 6, 2012 The Peachpit Apple certified series of manuals are very good, they are used in the 101 and 201 courses; Apple Pro Training Series: OS X Lion Support Essentials: Supporting and Troubleshooting OS X Lion: Amazon.co.uk: Kevin M.
