[android] Desire HD and Ice Cream Sandwich?

Has anyone done this?

 

If so could they help me to update my girl friends. Problems with gingerbread and she would like to go to ICS.

 

edit: The phone is already rooted, with clockwork on it.

Cant help with the hack but wanted to point out that I believe that handset is going to get the update officially from HTC at some point.

According to HTC, the Desire HD will officially get ICS "later this year".

It was March last time I checked. Not sure if it has moved back.

yeh im waiting on the S2 update as well.Dont want to flash it to another ROM yet.
