Photoshop CS for Mac. Where to get updates?

Bit of a strange one this. I've been given a copy of Adobe Creative Suite CS (almost 10 years old now!), and TBF, it's age is showing, especially since PS Elements 9 knocks socks off Photoshop CS! Anyway, I'm wondering wether there is anywhere to get patches from as Adobe (quite rightfully) no longer have any listed. Is their anyone out there hosting them as standalone downloads?
