Quick straw poll, what are you using on your root user share for redirected documents data?

The last MS doc I was working from (before 7) shows Everyone for the ability to Create Folder \ Traverse etc although the sticky thread guide shows slightly different permissions.

How to dynamically create security-enhanced redirected folders by using folder redirection in Windows 2000 and in Windows Server 2003

CREATOR OWNER - Full Control (Apply onto: Subfolders and Files Only)
System - Full Control (Apply onto: This Folder, Subfolders and Files)
Domain Admins - Full Control (Apply onto: This Folder, Subfolders and Files)
Everyone - Create Folder/Append Data (Apply onto: This Folder Only)
Everyone - List Folder/Read Data (Apply onto: This Folder Only)
Everyone - Read Attributes (Apply onto: This Folder Only)
Everyone - Traverse Folder/Execute File (Apply onto: This Folder Only)

There don't seem to be any hard and fast rules from Microsoft specifically relating to Server 2008 \ Windows 7 folder redirection so was interested to see what's working merrily on those already using Windows 7 day to day...
