Oddly enough I've just finished reading a letter from Anglian Water which on first glance is inviting me to join a buggery convention for £20.

 

But apparently that's not what SODCON is about (Survey of Domestic Consumption). I won't be going into it anyway, looks like an excuse to get people that are not on water meters onto one. We have water saving stuff fitted regardless of not being metered, on the shower and kitchen tap and in the loo, again all provided FOC from Anglian Water who seem to be quite good at such things.
