north-ict Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 Hi fellow Edugeeks, So the heads asked me about him wanting to create a survey in which pupils fill out in school with regards to how they feel about progress etc. Once all the data is collected he wants to be able to filter information quickly to see key areas. So for example in one instance, how much progress are female pupils doing in year 6 and then quickly see how well looked after at school male pupils in year 4 feel etc. What are your opinions on the best way to do this. Software thats on the internal network? Free or paid options? Any suggestions welcome.
sonofsanta Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 I'd collect it via a Google Forms or surveymonkey etc. page, embedded on the VLE if you have one or linked from your intranet home page if you have one... then export the data out into Excel, and get funky with Tables and PivotCharts. All free then. 1
