[sims] comment bank order

When looking at the Comment bank in profiles the order of the subjects is a bit random. We think it's the order they were created rather than, for example, alphabetical order.

Is there a way to change the order?

 

Basically one of he heads of department keeps putting the comment against the wron subject be because there are about 4 different varients of subject and the first one is not the one the most of the pupils are doing.
