[acs] serco e portal only seeing blank page when visiting site

hi

i am the ict technican at a school in the dudley area as well as have serco we also have skillspace

and a teacher called me out the otherday to look at here laptop she uses a home laptop in school

and is new. anyway she logged into skillspace and went into lp tools and clicked on e-portal

a new tab then opened with the schools e portal link on it but it only displayed a white blank

page

 

please help
