Event 1530 user profile service problem on laptop

Recommended Posts

We've a problem with a laptop that is taken off site,

User logs in at home using the cached account, and the internet settings (via gpo) are still enforced - so IE fails for them at home.

On further investigation it seems It's getting a 1530 error in the event log which points to internet settings. This appears to be leaving the GPO settings for the local account
