Need someone that is good with PHP and MySQL

I wrote up a plugin application in PHP and MySQL a few years ago (and whilst drunk) and it worked perfectly up until the base code for the websystem it was developed for was updated. I want to get it back up and running and need someone to help as having not done in it in a while (and with no alcohol nearby).

Why not put the code on gitub?

Because people on there have a tendency to rip the code and pass it off as their own. Some have even been known to make minor tweaks then sell the code on. I want it to be my own code with help from people I trust.

What does this plugin actually do?

its all sorted...basically it is for gaming groups to add people to rosters with custom images, ranks, medals, groups etc.

yeh, I was asked to expand it a bit more so it can become an official plugin by one of the e107devs, so that is what I am doing.

Well, where the ranks are, they want to be able to add groups for that (seems simple enough, but its proving a PITA as it was never designed for that), they also want the ability to delete groups and ranks rather than just members. Same applies for the awards section. If it gets done, it gets added as a base clan add on.
