[iphone] Facebook Status updates with photos not working

I can't get my wife's new iphone to take a picture (or select an exisiting one from her phone) and then do a status update - neither the text or picture appears on her timeline/wall but the photos get uploaded to her mobile photos album - any ideas?

Is this through the app or safari web browser?

Last time I had this I removed the app and reinstalled it.

I think we've sussed it - she had tagged me in the photo and my privacy settings stopped it from appearing (but I will de-install/re-install as well )
