Many Staff members appear to get the following message every time they log in. Anyone got any ideas? However we installed this about three years ago and SMT said to not pay for it any more as they dont use it! So unsure what to do now.... Support.dll seems to be in the client area of a workstation. I'm tempted to remove the client from workstations and see if we can find anything further fromt that.

RobFrain Posted December 15, 2011 Author Posted December 15, 2011 Out of Curiosity what are the Versions Securus is up to now? I've just had a look (As I use it quote alot!) and it says that GUI is V6.00.63, Server Version is V6.00.69 and Server Client Version is V6.00.60 Anyone know how to get updates -or sadly do you have to have a contract with them?
