[sims] Report Cards

We've recently started using the report cards in sims, linking together all our behaviour systems into sims (some data records were still being done in various paper forms.)

 

We've been using them for students who are on report in all lessons but does anyone know if you can just put a student on a department report card ie. the report card is only visible for English lessons?

 

Haven't seen an option for it on the set-up or generate parts.

I think this came up before and wasn't possible, but you could just put in the notes that it's only for certain subjects. Not the best workaround admittedly.

Hi I have seen when working on the report card section that when you create a template, you can select the subjects that you want to be able to see that particular report. You can then clone the report template keeping your targets and changing the subject that can see it. It may take a while to set up but you will be able to choose which subject report you want from the templates then.

Report card templates are useful because you can select the subjects. The form tutor also is allocated the report card.

The red ® in the register makes it really easy for staff to identify.
