Ok, so I'm setting up my stepson's Xbox online for the first time, and I'm having problems with the gamertag. I set up the account, online, a couple of months ago but cannot seem to be able to retrieve or log into it. Does anyone have any ideas? It doesn't help that the GUI has just changed too!! 1

From there you will be asked for the email address it is attached too and the password for the email address. It will recover the gamertag to the xbox. Thats what happened when I got my new xbox when the old one borked beyond all belief!
