BETT Website - Online exhibitor manual appears to be down, some help?

I need a bit of help here. Since yesterday the exhibitors online manual appears to be down and all I can get is a Melville login box that require details we do not have. Prior to this it used pass-through authentication and you could go straight from the BETT main site to the Melville exhibitors manual with the same details. If there is anyone here who is exhibiting at BETT and has access to this could you let me know via PM if you can or cannot access this part of the site please? And yes, I've emailed them about this. I've just received confirmation from EMAP that the exhibitors manual is down and they will be emailing all exhibitors once it's back up again.
