Digital signage?

 

I have xibo installed on my Raspberry Pi but not sure what to do now. Seems to have installed correctly.

 

Would you mind letting me know what directions you followed to install it?

mine arrived today and so far impressions are unless os's get better optimised its too slow to be used for much even rdp to my media centre wasnt very responsive and it couldnt display the vid i started

 

anyone know of a video player for it with a gui?

@sted - well we saw a few in action today at Edit2012 and they were doing all sorts

 

The Home - http://www.frambozenbier.org - raspberry pi homebrew news and tutorials crew did say things could be a little slow to load but once up and running everything looked smooth

 

I think there are a few OS variations out so might be worth trying another one

Has anyone been able to get their digital signage working? Just purchased a Pi 3 for our school with a view to using it on the back of a TV screen.

 

Any help with OS, digital signage solutions etc. would be greatly appreciated.
