Pin to start menu via GPO

Hello,

 

I am looking to deploy a shortcut to a URL via policy and have it pinned to the start menu. Deploying it to the menu under all programs works fine. But what I need to achieve is to have it pinned so it sits above all programs.

 

I have seen various posts elsewhere that people have "tried" but nothing looks definitive. So I was wondering if anyone here has actually achieve this?

Can be awkward this but can be done with VBScript.

Thanks, I wanted to avoid a script if possible, but this really does like it will be the best approach
